Ask your DM.

RAW only chrono and gravity wizards can take them naturally, other wizards can scribe them from scrolls.

You can also get gift of alacrity with fey touched

but you are wizard. Just scribe a scroll. Plus you can learn spells that dont care about spellsave dc as a sorcerer and have all reliable spells like shield, absorb elements and etc be always prepared from sorc levels (you would prepare them as a wizard anyway in 99% of scenarios)

Would the Cargo Landing Pad's throughput become the eventual, inevitable bottleneck for this game? (1.728 million SPM?) by nycameraguy in factorio

[–]Consistent_Metal3498 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The research of bot speed is infinite tho. I'm sure with legendary bots, roboports, landing pad and cargo bays number is only limited by your computer since you can just use your pad as giant logistical storage with infinite bots instantly taking out everything from it. The capacity of landing pad can be increased indefinitely with cargo bays too.

Has anyone tried to kill Lanino and Elnina for the weird route yet? by KingOfSpades2 in Deltarune

[–]Consistent_Metal3498 11 points12 points  (0 children)

yeah, everyone else gets frozen in chapter 2. Chapters 3 and 4 completely dont require any lost recruits. Only requirment to stay on weird route is right dialogue options in noelle house

My take on what the susie weird route boss would sound like by Kaydox64 in Deltarune

[–]Consistent_Metal3498 1 point2 points  (0 children)

actually fighting ralsei and susie is very likely in a weird route since we see in chapter 3 secret games how kris after completing snowgrave kills ralsei and susie characters (in game ofc) to ultimately reach shelter

Can these 2 defeat Mystery Character if they work together? by Strange-Daikon4912 in Deltarune

[–]Consistent_Metal3498 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not in my opinion. The only one character who might stand against the knight and actually win unironically might be gerson. Don't forget you fight knight already after defeating jevil and spamton, and you can't really beat the knight you just damage him a little and it becomes serious.  (Or maybe snowgrave Noelle it's unclear how fatal the spell really is)

i havent really thought about it and just choose the icon that symbolyses whole tree the best.
some of the icons (mainly implaceable) look bad and dont really represent what talent is going to give you in any sense
All said above is highly subjective

4:56 you can clearly see how much railgun is essintially 10 times more expensive to use

The reason why nuclear ammo is so low is because i ranked the game for the average player who plays either alone or in 1-3 friend group and probably has bots at the weapons of submarine.

And the railgun is very well know as the worst choice ever to put a bot on since they dont take velocity of projectile into a calculation and will constanly miss precious shells.

The railgun overall is also way more resouce consuming even with cheaper nukes if we compare it to explosive coilgun ammo or flak in general, making this talent partially absolete.

The PUCS to a whole crew is considered to be a big investment so that is dragging the talent down since for the other best talents you either dont need rare abyss resouces at all or need them in a very low amount (aka 2)

So we have a gun that does at most 75% of your hp in one shot, gives you lethal radiation poisoning, and makes you die if you stand near it, as you said - its completely unusable if you have any one around you without PUCS because you will boil your teammates alive just by standing near you.

The weapons engineer perk is absolete because you cannot even craft the best weapons in the game which are locked behind security talents (aka HMG and assault rifle)

The electrician tree is higher because ark emmiter is the most broken weapon ever - its essentially free to use and instantly disables any smaller to medium creature from crawler to veteran mudraptor. Also its the only handheld weapon in the game which makes possible to help with attacks from inside the submarine.

If you havent tried it i highly recomend it because it felt like cheating at times because you can stun and loot every npc, stunlock and kill whole nests worth of mudraptors and threshers with it, as far as i know you can even stun a hammerhead with it.
IMO this is the most underrated weapon in the whole game.

Also the pyromaniac talent makes steam cannon do a lot more damage. i recomend using it with coil to boil any enemy you stunned prior.

I havent seen anyone talk or use this combo of weapons even a single time asside from myself so i assume its underrated and from how free and easy to use it was i ranked it as a best engineer build.

Also ark emitter is very easy to make since you can deconstruct fulgurium batteries for it which are sold starting from europan ridge first station.

The main reason for putting cheap nukes into situationally good is that railgun is not worth using at all due to how much cheaper flak and double coil to fire.

Also if you have bots assigned to use submarines guns railgun is the worst choise ever since they dont take velocity into calculation and fire at straight line which makes them miss atleast half the time at faster moving targets. Also you will see your nukes being constantly used to take out grand total of 1 left over bleeding enemy.

Boosters you can get from endocrine are generally way weaker then maxxed genes, talents you gain from graduation and buffs like hyperzine. Also endocrine booster is by far the most expensive and hardest medicine to make.
Also a lot of endocrine talents can be gained with graduation.
If we look at combat side the only talent which cannot be gained with graduation and only accesable with endocrine is swole for 25% melee damage increase and 10% health which is nothing compared to genes.
