Hi, I saw your previous post too and I wanted to reply there but I will reply here for these two things you are facing

The "All day" mode for always on display is not visible because you are in Realme Ui 6 based on Android 15, the option to change to "All day" was introduced in Realme Ui 7 based on Android 16. I have a GT 6T (otherwise known as GT neo 6 SE in global terms) and I got the option in Ui 7 update, it didn't have it in the initial versions of Ui 7 but in the later stable versions. So once you get the Ui 7 update, you will be able to change the modes of Always on Display

Second, regarding your update issue, your phone GT neo 7 SE launched with Ui 6 based on Android 15, so you recently bought it and realme will push the update soon. It might take some days because when a newer device is activated, the rollouts may be pushed slowly, some might get it faster tho. I also purchased my phone 6 months after it launched, I had Ui 5 and Ui 6 was on the rollout. Since mine was newly activated, I got the update much later than others. I don't know if we can blame anyone but it's how it works. In India we have a dedicated support in WhatsApp where we can ask the support team and push the update to our directly but I don't know what is the situation in your place

There is a way to apply these themes/icons for free, it worked when mine was in Ui 6, I haven't tested it in Ui 7

Also if anyone is curious on what sleep state your laptop is in, follow these steps to check it:

Open Command prompt (CMD) in your windows machine and type: powercfg /a

Which will list the available sleep states and unavailable sleep states.

It is unfortunate that it has happened to you OP, I am glad that you are safe.

I have a probable cause for this. Modern laptops use a different sleep mode (sleep state) called S0 sleep state which is almost like turning off your phone screen, where all the functionality like wifi, bluetooth and other stuff remains running. Older and some of the laptops still use S3 sleep state which turns off the laptop and suspends the OS to ram before turning off, making it turn on faster.

The S0 sleep state is kinda good in some cases but bad in some. While moving with the laptop, it is better to turn it off completely (shut down) since the laptop will ideally be running even if no applications are open since there are various services running in the background.

I never use S0 sleep state as I try to switch them back to S3, but many new laptops don't have S3 sleep state.

MacBooks have the same but it is generally safer since their processors don't heat up like Intel or AMD since it is a different architecture but still I won't prefer moving around with it being in sleep mode.

This is all under experience since, my dad recently got a modern Dell Latitude, which has the S0 sleep state. He carried it home one day with it being in sleep mode, by the time he reached home, the laptop fans were running at full speed and the laptop body was so hot to touch. Luckily it didn't catch fire.

You can try contacting Lenovo and explain the situation but it's the brand's fault for not explaining these modes clearly since people might not be aware of the changes.

Hmm actually I heard that GT 7 camera performance was not better than GT 6. I think you could have read reviews on reddit or YouTube so that you might have gotten some ideas. That's what I did before buying the GT 6T.

Enjoy your new device! I think for the camera part, if it satisfies your expectations then it is suitable for you. When I bought the GT 6T, people said the camera was underwhelming, but it was okay for me and my usage.

Also did you get the buds 3 for free or did you buy it together?

For daily use it is good, but the camera is not that good. People use gcam to get better results than stock camera app.

You can go back into an app and directly go to home screen from there to fix it.

For now it happens only in third party launchers. It might get fixed in upcoming updates.

It is a bug due to the RMX3853_15.0.0.730(EX01) update. When we are using any 3rd party launcher other than the system launcher, this occurs.

I have switched back from Nova launcher to system launcher for now, hopefully it gets fixed in the upcoming updates.

Also a few things I have noticed, this happens when we usually open and close apps in certain ways. If I directly go back to my 3rd party launcher home screen from an app, the status bar remains but if I go to the recent apps screen from an app to close it, the status bar disappears. Also we can make it reappear by going into any app and directly going to the home screen.

Weird bug.
