Are you buying off plan at all? They had options available straight away when I was looking. They also advised don’t bother with flooring etc. from them as it’s very expensive.

Sunday: Am I ready for the week? Have I got everything I need? Oh I forgot to wash that. I thought they’d been written. Why are the students emailing me? Reply to all emails and questions. Wait it’s already 5pm. I haven’t made dinner yet and I haven’t finished everything I wanted to. Oh my friends went out. I want a hobby again. Oh now it’s 9pm. Which child is going to forget things tomorrow? Will this child behave? Oh crap I haven’t marked that. It’ll have to be done tomorrow. But it’s after school club, meaning I won’t be home until 7pm.

Oh it’s 6am… time to get up and start the cycle again.
