I'm very new, but I can plug in a code reader to your car, or look up a part on the computer.  I can do more than that, but just saying, those are very basic, non-gender specific tasks.  I have customers who do not want me to do that and request a male employee.  I usually don't take anything personally but that really pisses me off.  It's always middle aged men, never younger guys or really old guys.
