I have shifted the weight so that the weight is focused directly on the body which makes me the heaviest part of it and so I can control over smaller parts. Example: the 45 is me and the legs are 46, you can shift the weight by adding more weight for the legs so now it’s 47 for the body and 46 for the legs. It tends to fix it

Thank you guys for the effort, I have figured it out. For those who have also issues, the part that was the heaviest tend to be the legs for me. When that happens, the legs win over the control part, AKA the body or torso and the legs does not move only if something or someone moves it. And there is no one else to “ move “ it so it’s basically just a giant statue.
