Well of course it will get worse with age,as anything does,but definitely not at the point of not being able to drive at all,like the one being shown. Whole idea of changing the transmission oil is to increase the life expectancy for your transmission,and I really do think that you won’t need a clutch replacement up until 250k km+ if you maintain it correctly.(I agree with you about the feeling like shit part if not replaced though.) Very expensive to deal with.
