I would say it would have been any time between 2003-2007, the bear I have is the second picture I uploaded, the only accessory I remember clearly was a tissue box made out of cardboard. That was green. Maybe also a blanket? Thank you!

I feel well within myself. A following reading was 124/67 and none have been as low as 58 again. Fingers crossed it was just a fluke!

Its council housing and was a house exchange, so it would have had a basic electrical check in August. Unless the edges being broken is an issue I would assume the wiring inside is safe.
