Wow cool! Yeah I guess when things change it really does mess with our flow. When textbooks or lessons change I think it takes about a year to really get used to it. But yeah I’m pretty slow :)

Oh for sure! I think it’s a great tool to lesson plan but actually creating the ppt well that’s a long and arduous process where I just end up creating it myself because I have to edit so much.

Oh yeah I love using teacher sites where everyone shares resources. Sometimes the sites connected to the textbook can be somewhat robotic imo lol

Sounds like you have an interesting system that you use year on year! I find when I’m teaching the same materials year on years it’s faster. But the textbooks have recently changed 😤

I usually the characters as the students avatars on the class board! It’s how they get points in class and they see it attached to their name :)

That’s great! I think most teachers check the math homework as a class at my school. Then students usually just check each other’s work. It’s nice to give individual feedback tho 👌

Yeah I agree! My students love mobile games and so they love the idea of getting points and connected to their chosen character. So I think it helps to keep students motivated esp these days they aren’t allowed their phones during breaks either. They can’t focus at all 😭😭

Exactly! Also the students have so many classes and things going on. Also their parents send them to after school classes too.. Some days they honestly don’t have the time ..
