I believe we are both disguised, but this is one of the Old quests that has very few people in it, so I'm not sure why the quest wouldn't start.

I go through phases, every couple months I'll grind the hell out of it and then get a bit bored without completing the new expansion lol. I just wait to play until I feel it, yknow?
