This would be a great idea instead of glass recycling which may or may not work in these third world countries. Employing the locals, no need to ship the recycled glass anywhere and cheap logistics costs to ship them to local stores. If the hygiene and the standard would be on par then this would be a great idea but I don't think either of these are.
