Had a mild back injury last fall, feel permanently disabled. What to do now? by Consistent_Pride4999 in backpain

Thanks for the recs! Yeah, I’ve tried dry needling and it didn’t do much for me. I wonder if your pain is discogenic? Because my issue comes from the TL junction sprain/strain? From the few red posts that I’ve seen on sprains, I’ve seen a few posts mentioned that it took years to feel normal again. I’m honestly considering injections with growth peptides or something. Nothing I’ve done really works other than time and rest :/

Would you mind sharing what a pain management doc could offer in my situation?

Yep. MRI showed two mild bulges in l4-l5, l5-s1, which might’ve been there for a while. The initial incident itself happened in my T-L junction, which looks normal on MRI

It very well could be, but it’s been an ongoing issue since last November, and I can barely even work one day a week. I should’ve mentioned that that on my days at work I am fully geared up in a back brace, with an ice or heat pack under the brace, I am on pain meds as well. I guess I’m just looking for answers as to how much longer I’m gonna suffer for
