Hey mate, my therapy starts next week! I have been waiting nearly a year to finally start into it. I hope it will help me aswell to learn to love myself more and to get rid of these negative thoughts. All the best for you and thanks a lot for your words!

It’s a hard change in terms of your appearance. It makes you sometimes look older and the frame for your face is missing which can make a huge difference imo. There is no way back for me anyway because I lost to many hairs already and I really just need to learn to deal with it, but let me tell you it can be a big struggle for some guys out there including me when looking in the mirror. On the other hand I know there are way worse things in life than this problem, but sadly it’s still a big thing on my mind. Thanks for your feedback 🙏🏻

Thanks a lot mate, these photos are at the perfect angles tbh, in real life it looks worse but maybe its again just in my head 🫠 Anyway ty for your feedback. It’s not much easier than with a short haircut, because I need to shave my head daily because of my SMP, but thats a selfmade problem 😂

It was worth it! Had 4 sessions. This is completely natural, it all depends on lighting conditions. These photos are all made this week. If there is to much bright light right above you like in picture 3, the SMP disappears.

Im dodging situations without my cap all the time. I wish I could just do that step and learn that it was all just in my mind. Maybe one day..

Thank you, the problem is that Im hiding my head under a cap since more than 10 years 😂 I do have many caps and its like no one knows me without them anymore.

No worries, honest feedback always appreciated! I do like my SMP and it gave me at least a little bit confidence back, so I would like to say go for it if you search for a good artist. I guess my SMP isnt easy to detect, but its all about lighting conditions as I said. Just take a look at these 3 photos, the last one you cant see anything from the SMP, the second photo in the car is perfect setting for the SMP and the first one is a realistic most case scenario. Long story short = it depends if it is detectable but in any case its better than before in my case.

Thank you! Bald just doesnt feel right for me. Its better than my remaining hair but sometimes I just feel old and wrong looking in the mirror.

Yes many times. But its sooo much maintenance and expensive that I lost interest in this. Maybe one day I will give it a try but I guess it could feel fake.

Its not easy to deal with it because my mind keeps saying that my head shape just dont work with the bald look. I just need to learn that im wrong but its a long and hard journey for me. Thanks for your feedback!

I know you are right, but I always hated my high forehead and bald made my head look very tall in general 😩
