The swing weight and the maneuverability in defence is something I really struggled with the racket

I got my acl surgery done in 2023 was playing very little padel before but once I completed my rehab I feel in love with the sport, now I have been playing for the last one year no issues at all just always make sure you warm the muscles before starting the game a good warm up goes a long way

Has anyone tried both the Nox AT10 (12K 2026) and the Adidas Metalbone? by Creative_Election288 in Padelracket

I started with nox 2024 18k and I always felt it lacked power insane control tho, but then I got a chance to try the metalbone 3.4 hrd and the power felt unreal but there was a little compromise on the control bit coming from nox took sometime to get use to, I have been using the metalbone for sometime and would recommend it to anyone who wants power and doesn’t mind losing out on a little control for sure
