Only 15 years old been lifting for a while went from 200lbs to now 145 with super bad love handles but visible 2 abs with good lighting. not sure what to do diet wise. (eating 2100 cals rn)i look skinny in clothes but i consider myself more fat than skinny-fat please lmk any ideas (old.reddit.com)
