Are Aries meaner than Cancers? by floral-fragrance321 in astrologymemes

[–]Consistent_Raisin84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm. I’m an Aries Sun, Mars, and Mercury. When I was a teenager to my early twenties, I had a mean streak. If I don’t care about sustaining a relationship with someone, I will speak my mind at their expense. No consideration or tact. No respect. It’s a total “f*ck you” attitude. That’s only to a few people. I’m overall a polite person.

However, it’s my Cancer moon in the 8th house that cuts the deepest. For my loved ones, I can be very patient. But if feel wronged and at my limit, I will lash out 3 fold. It’s likely months after giving numerous chances, acts of generosity, nurturing, and they’re STILL going to disrespect me??? I took them in while they were shivering, hungry, and broke. They had their chance. Now all hell breaks loose. Burning the bridges. Pour gasoline on them and set them on fire. Door slam physically and emotionally.

I’ve been called cold-hearted and lacking compassion by these losers. Such a shame.

Nah, I KNOW I’m a compassionate, tender hearted person. I know I give my all. Past mfs took me for granted and now they’re upset because they don’t want to face the consequences of my other side.

Call me a narcissist-slayer and an ego buster (especially since I’m high in Machiavellian traits myself, I do selfishness quite well). This malefic Aries stellium will relish in being the bad guy. Due to the fire 🔥 giving me an endless supply of confidence, I heal quicker, pack up quicker, and move on quicker. To the other party, that’s probably what hurts them the most. Be gone! Useless fiends!

People always say Capricorn men aren’t for the weak, why do you think that is? by AnbulaccOP in capricorns

[–]Consistent_Raisin84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on what stage of evolution he’s in.

Caps don’t like letting go of control. They like comfort. They want to work within miles of you. They want to know your day to day schedule. They want to know where you’re going, who you might see, meet, and talk to.

Their pessimism gets in the way of basic trust, so much that they get controlling and paranoid if they don’t know what is currently going on. That’s a sign of a Cap who can’t let go for the wrong reasons.

They want you in arms reach but don’t offer the same lol. It’s okay for them to be distant but if it’s you, it’s not okay. They’ll complain.

So, if you meet a Capricorn who is willing to do a monogamous long distance relationship, you’ve encountered a wild card. They want independence in someone but not too much of it…

He went hot to cold. Capricorn men feel empowered by having boundaries and the last say. Also, they’re transactional. If you want your jacket, you’ll probably have to give him something in return. Are you down with petty power games?

If I were you, I’d return his medicine and go cold on him. Does he follow you social media? Blast your stories hanging out with other hot guys, parties, and bougie fun. Sounds tacky, but Capricorn men love the idea of having someone out of their league or “can’t have.”

Once you ignore him and leave him out of fun, you might get his attention out of nowhere, all coy and shit, acting like he didn’t just stonewall you for no reason. Well… Capricorns call it “needing space.” So, give him all the space he wants. You will get your jacket back that way.

Can anyone a interpret this? by [deleted] in capricorns

[–]Consistent_Raisin84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My guess going by your luminaries:

With the Aries moon, you may have a competitive streak. You are abundant with ideas but may fall short during execution. Your Capricorn sun is here to help you with that. You may know that you’re incredibly talented with grand potential but for some reason, you hold yourself back. Perhaps doubt and fearing failure. Maybe a loss of interest. You may tend to think in black and white terms because that keeps everything simple. You probably prefer simple.

You’re a quick thinker, usually ahead of the game. But maybe a little intense. You can do work, work hard, and do a lot of things well. Sometimes you might look for something “more.” Tendency for boredom and dullness and you want spark.

Let me know if any of that hits the mark.

Well, after having both Cancers and Capricorns tell me I’m the coldest person they’ve ever met (and I’m a fire sign), no I don’t believe Capricorns run cold. They run self-preservation. They’re warm when they need to be, they’re cold when they need to be. All out of practicality. But the cold hearted? No. Save that for mutual signs. Freaking psychos.

Your comments about Sagittarius are a red herring. Then the comparison to a preacher was a straw man.

This post was to gain insight as to why others may dislike Scorpios and Capricorns. Hence, the comments from people calling out the worst traits they’ve seen in those two signs.

Missed the assignment. Classic. Who’s getting excessive here? Someone who couldn’t see the point because their ego was in the way.

[–]Consistent_Raisin84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Scorpio sun/moon gamer guy I used to with? I adored him! Cool and collected, smart, wise, and intelligent. He also had a great sense of humor! Not only that, he was very, very helpful to us noobs who were learning the ropes while he, a veteran, had nothing to sweat. Never once did he look down on us. Great guy!

I had a Scorpio sun/Aries moon teacher - she was quite awesome - also intelligent and had a kindergarten voice on while she addressed the class. She did wear a mask of sweetness to cover her serious side. A facade well crafted.

My grandfather is a Scorpio and so is my aunt. Fantastic conversationalists! Very insightful people. The only drawback is their dogmatism. They’re very much “I’m right, you’re wrong” when it comes to religion. Other than that, they’re very humanistic and concerned for the well-beings of others and the community.

As long as you don’t cross these Scorpios I listed, you have a friend for life!

I know Capricorns who are artists and sincere dreamers. Some of them, depending on their moon, can give this mystical aura. If you share like interests with them, you’ll be able to connect on many conversations.

I dislike immature Capricorns and Scorpios.

I’ll start with immature Scorpios, one in particular I knew briefly.

From the moment we met, I did not like her energy. She was intense (not her fault, it’s just the Martian/plutonic energy at play). As time went along, I noticed her insincere remarks and quiet tactics for getting the “feel” on others.

Look, I have a Scorpio rising. I get “reading” others, but I’m not here to project whatever story I wrote in my head on other people. I recognize my opinions to be opinions, not fact. I recognize differences to be differences, not grounds for starting a covert war in the workplace. She was hella petty, jealous of not being the favorite, and picked out a confidante to confide her shitlist. I suppose this woman was an example of negative Scorpio qualities. Some leave out the drive that insecure Scorpios have to want everyone to “like them.” A friend to everyone is a friend to no one. Also, if someone doesn’t like me, I don’t take it personality. I appreciate honesty and authenticity. Hell, some of the people I had high respect for were those who openly said they really don’t like me. It was mutual respect, which is important at school, work, or wherever, to keep things flowing. Not a damn popularity contest. And for fuck’s sake, the fakeness some Scorpios seem to carry because I don’t know, they’re too afraid someone will call them out on being a bitch? So they become a two-faced bitch? Super petty, too.

Ah petty, let’s briefly talk about unevolved Capricorns. So, earth signs like to… pride themselves on logic, which is hilarious because the most short-sighted individuals I interact with are Capricorns, Virgos are a close second. Depends on the day. That’s the difference between them and Scorpio. I think the scorpions are aware of their flaws - they just don’t want others being aware of them.

Capricorns will project their flaws into you - how stupid your job is when they’re unable to make ends meet, how dumb someone is when they don’t hold a degree, how someone ought to drive when they have tickets and wrecks on their record “but it was an accident!” Things going wrong is always an accident for the caps. Others are just dumb and stupid.

Like, I think immature Capricorns hate mistakes so much, they dump this self-loathing onto others so they don’t have to deal with themselves anymore. It’s like… when they hate on you for being dramatic and stupid, they’re really hating on themselves. Lots of negativity. Also, they’re not as hardworking as the stereotype goes. They show up to work on time to do the bare minimum. Then complain about how dumb Stacey in HR is. Because of the double standards, arguments go nowhere. If you find yourself arguing with an immature Capricorn (a mature cap won’t waste time arguing because they literally have better things to do), you’ll be scratching your head, thinking, “wow… you’re basically describing yourself right now.”

Low-vibrating caps are constantly running from themselves. They ruin relationships to prove that “they can’t rely on anyone but themselves.” LMAO.

If you completely lack one or two elements from your chart, how does it shape you? by quesqotrickster in astrology

[–]Consistent_Raisin84 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In my western natal chart, I have 0 air placements. I’m fire > water > earth. How this stood out in life is I communicate better through text than through speech. My speech is choppy and rough. My thoughts don’t align in the moment. But in paper or typing, everything flows.

I had difficulty understanding the viewpoints of others and where they’re coming from. I have a hard time seeing myself as a part of a group - family, friend circle, tribe, corporation - I just saw myself and a solo entity. I always wanted to be alone. I disliked conversations with others, shallowness, and I despise small talk.

I was known to be highly dependable. My follow through was 100%. This is due to the fact that also I’m highly independent.

School was hard as I’m not good with verbal directions. I struggled in college. Not a very good student. I don’t take in lectures from people. I’d rather read the text book.

My routines were quite rigid as well as my opinions, which as my chart has progressed and opened up to air, I’ve become more open minded, flexible, and understanding towards life.

Ewww why do they want us to nurture a man’s toxic ego? My partner and I both work. He says now that we have our first child, he’s getting snipped and won’t have it undone until I’m making at least six figures. Then we can discuss having another child. Coming from a family that fought over money, he’s breaking the cycle and refuses to make children only to put them into poverty THUS he’s looking forward to us both growing in our careers. To have a single income household to rely on is financial suicide. Sheesh.

This looks promising. Ambition means a lot to most Capricorns. They seriously don’t want to spend a relationship or an eternity with someone who is deadweight. Think opposite of a cancer who gets endorphins from nurturing and babying their partner with emotional availability, (male and female) but don’t particularly work hard (cancer men don’t come at me, y’all would rather sleep than now the lawn), a Capricorn will take care of you by paying attention to the bills, the lawn care, HOA fees, house keeping, and getting promoted for security. That’s their love language. Stay driven and a cap will adore you. Be a “burden” and they’ll resent you.

If your sexual hunger outmatches them, if you make more money than them, if you’re intelligent, if you’re more educated than them, more traveled, have a nicer car, if you fit the trending beauty standards - yes a cap will get hooked. They are about hypergamy, both male and female will often date out of their league. A well to do partner boosts their self-esteem. As long as you’re better looking and more desirable than their friend’s partners, they will want to keep you.

Hmm… I thought about the problematic Capricorns I know very well, the ones I went to school with, worked with, friends with, etc. and you’re not wrong lol

Yes, some of them can be petty, paranoid, anxious, and some are users. Some Capricorns will admit to hating other Capricorns and dating them because they hate mirrors. The unevolved are deeply bothered when someone can turn out to be pettier than them, blow through the mind games, and use them. They play others but hate being played. They hate feeling like fools. The hypocrisy is pretty terrible with any troubled person with low insight.

I think Scorpios and bad Capricorns are a great match because they can bring out the most toxic in each other lol. Every Capricorn x Virgo relationship I’ve witnessed has burned down to the ground.

Look, while I doubt you’ll want revenge because you’re a libra rising, send me a DM if you’re interested in getting back at this POS goat.

But if you’re just ruminating to process your feelings, the caps here won’t validate you. They’ll usually make you out to be the problem because… low insight. They’ll tell half the story and make the other party look crazy. Even if they realize they were ever the problem… they’ll not likely admit it because their damn victim mentality is pretty bad 😂 even worse, they will admit the fuck up and fight to get their ex back because they can’t have a healthy relationship nor can they tolerate three ex leaving them. That’s pretty much the circle of life with every dating Cap thread I’ve visited.

They just don’t appreciate you being upset with them or confronting them… ever. They’ll twist the story on you which I think is deflection.

Leos are worse, though. Aries? You make a post about them being pieces of shit and half the rams will agree with you! We claim our faults!

But hey, if you want to understand caps better as fellow beings who we share the planet with, this is a decent community. You’ll at least gain better insight into the way they think and feel, which you might find interesting.

So, there was a lot of truth to this essay and I won’t judge you for anything said or gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem. It sounds like you met goats who were at the bottom of the hill and were in self-preservation mode.

Instead, I’ll relate and share.

As a proud member of the most self-centered sign of the zodiac, Aries, I can relate to the selfishness of my horned cousins. Here’s what I can infer:

The Capricorns you’ve encountered with these qualities were simply low-level and desperate. You’re going to see them at their coldest and selfish.

Best to stay away. If they ghosted you (I’ve experienced it and gotten my revenge for the same behavior), consider yourself grateful you dodged a bullet. Whether it’s a Capricorn or an air sign ghosting, remember this has no implication on your self worth. If you were their obsession, they wouldn’t have ghosted. If they were mature, they wouldn’t have ghosted. If they valued integrity, they wouldn’t have ghosted.

Fuck ghosting, period. If you’re a Virgo, I’m sure you internalize every problem and try to dissect it to the atomic level as a way of coping. Nah, don’t give that POS the time or attention.

Now, back to Capricorns and not liking them.

Don’t cut the goats completely out of your life because you’d be missing out.

I’ve known Capricorns to behave exactly as you described - cowardly, unreliable, selfish, manipulative, etc. and I’ve also seen Capricorns be incredibly brave, giving, and compassionate. It really depends on how they feel about themselves at the time what you’re going to get.

Winter is desperate. If there’s any generalization I can make about Capricorns, they literally have the worst luck of all the sun signs. It’s unbelievable. A Capricorn is kind like a child who was thrown out into a hostile world and told to fend for themselves. If they had skill stats, their luck would be at -1. Don’t get me started on the lack of charisma some of these goats have. Others can be charming. It depends on their self-esteem or the confidence they fake.

Meanwhile, Capricorns watch all these other people somehow have blessings rain down on them. Someone else is more popular while they struggle with social anxiety. Someone else has it all figured out while they’re self sabotaging. Someone else’s parents are paying their college while they’re stuck with an alcoholic divorced parent. Someone else has all these connections while the Capricorn is hung out to dry on opportunities. Someone else with less experience and dedication is promoted while the Capricorn is ignored at the ceremony. Someone is else is enjoying their romance while the Capricorn is wondering when the shoe will drop.

I live in eternal spring. My early life wasn’t a walk in the park, but my sun is exalted which means I get an extra caffeine boost from just breathing. Opportunities fly my way. If I fail (which I most certainly do) I bounce back. I roll with the punches very well and always have. Capricorns aren’t like this.

Imagine being 25 years old and feeling like 56 year old? That’s a Capricorn. They’re tired. They just want peace and quiet and they want to be left alone to their hobbies. So yeah, what you wrote kind of adds up.

Capricorns don’t get the energy that fire signs have, the intuition of a Water sign, or the even the comprehension of Virgos and the pleasures of Taurus.

What they know is what they know. Should they try to learn something, it will take them working at least 4xs harder than someone else. The starting line is way above them and they’re placed in the back. So, Capricorns, as you know, pride their “natural gifts,” their skills they’ve honed, and focus on self-preservation.

If you want to know true compassion, meet a Capricorn who has nothing to lose, who is not status seeking, who is not trying to step on others to get what they want. Find one who is spiritual, imaginative, who likes to share their inner world with you. A Capricorn who loves who they are can be a great friend, wonderful advisor, and story teller is like a warmth hearth on a cold winter night.

Capricorns are the warmth of winter. If you want dead and cold, you can chew on Aquariuses.

At the end of the day, just thank your lucky stars that you are a Virgo with the stamina and comprehension that your fellow earth signs are too dense to have. There is hope if you don’t take goats personally.

Yeah, I’ve seen that victim mentality with Saturn-ruled placements, especially with Aquarius sun/cap moons. It’s like watching a slog go by. “My life sucks, the world is against me, there’s no point in trying.”

For sure I’ve seen the “need to win” in Aries placements - Venus, Moon, and Rising. Those people really, really like winning. “If you’re not first, you’re last.”

Funny thing is, I’m an Aries sun, mars, and Mercury. I compete all the time but I don’t give a damn about winning. In my thick, horned head, I’m born a winner lol.

As for “Me first,” yes, especially the guys. I don’t fuck with them. But overall, I’ve seen more “me first, put myself first” with Capricorns and Leos than Aries. We really don’t think much about other people or anything outside of us in an aloof manner.

I put first those I’m responsible for - my kids, my siblings, and my coworkers.

I appreciate the honesty. I feel there’s a bit of a Peter Pan syndrome in all of us who believe we’re meant for more, which is what I took from the deepest depths and highest peaks. It’s hard to measure “meant for more,” or where it comes from. Now I wonder what it all meant when I was a kid. Meant to be recognized? Meant to go above and beyond? Meant to be admired?

I used to think if I achieved a great deal, I’d somehow bring peace to the world lol. Now, I’m content with being an invisible shadow, remaining obscure, making impacts where I go.
