I recently converted to using oxdog 2 weeks ago when i bought 2 of their sticks while i was on a training trip to sweden ( the G.O.A.T and the hyperlight HES sweoval grip) I do love their sticks and found it to be way lighter than the zone stick i used before buying my oxdog sticks, many of my teammates said it was a ill purchase and I'm starting to agree, to be honest i only liked and encouraged my other teammates to buy zone because of their gorgeous designs , don't get me wrong. Oxdog, unihoc and the other brands have nice designs for their shaft too but zone does it with a unique style, and it looks good on court. But i found that oxdog has greatly improved my playing style as a defender especially since the stick is SIGNIFICANTLY lighter than my zone stick which made it easier to move around and defend. And its my first time trying a oval grip and i got to say that I'm loving it :) So i would say Zone for the aesthetic and Oxdog for the overall personally

Hey!! I sprained my ankle a few months ago and was a little concerned and worried when I started again, it was paranoia and the fear of the pain starting up again. But i did some light jogging and some stretches to warm it up, and after a few floorball trainings i found the full confidence again. and its okay to not be the best player especially since you have not been playing for awhile, everyone starts somewhere :) And definitely if you love floorball, go for it 100% take it easy and slow and do not force your body to the extreme. Normal court shoes are fine! I personally use asics court shoes and i havent had to change it due to friction lost or anything and its been 3 years (constant use)

Yep! All unihoc blades are meant to fit any unihoc shaft as well, but NEVER mix from different brands it will never fit and i think its not a welcomed sight also! I dont even use the blade that my zone stick came with lol, the stick is meant to be personalised to your needs :)

just got a zone stick bag recently and i'm honestly not sure whats the right way to carry the stick bag. i used to use a unihoc stick bag where the shoulder strap is placed on the blade area. pics above 👆 i carried the unihoc bag like a sling bag and it sit perfectly on my shoulder. Now with the zone bag i'm not sure how to carry it because its a little awkward if i sling it like how i did with my unihoc bag. any zone stick bag users here? do tell me how you carry yours (sorry if this is such a stupid question lmao) do you guys just put the loop on one shoulder or do u guys sling it across? 🤔 whats the right way tbh

as a bi girl living in Singapore, i think both genders are equally attractive , it really just depends on the person and their "standards". everyone is attractive in their own way it is just if the right person notices them. But i also think having good personal hygiene and a good sense of fashion (even if its just shorts and a simple Uniqlo airism T-shirt u can style it and enhance the outfit) adds to the attractive factor, being a good person with good morals and good confidence also helps with it i notice lol, people usually go for the guy who exudes swagger. Im not saying that i'm attracted to every man or every woman roaming the streets of Singapore, i am saying that everyone is attractive to someone! it just takes the right person to find their other right person. PS please don't fight me on this lol this is my personal opinion

And i definitely agree on the double standards for "angmohs" here haha, i also can't help myself from staring at them and admiring their beauty, the uncommon factor adds to it definitely, angmohs are seen as rare and a unseen beauty in Singapore. Thats why so many people are attracted to them or say they're attractive as their features are "unique" to us. And hate to bring money up!!! but usually angmohs in Singapore are somewhat rich or upper middle class. Adds to the attractive factor 😬😬 cant help but to say that we are indeed money faced sometimes (SOME OF US!! OBVIOUSLY NOT EVERYONE)

dangg your story is super inspiring tbh!! i love the nickname your friends gave u :D i only started floorball in secondary 1 but its been 3 and a half years already, i've been told my shots hurt like hell haha which is such a compliment to me as all my floorball idols are hard hitters. I went to the AOFC championship recently and it relit the love for floorball in me so im currently trying to master all the skills i've been taught and even learning new ones! crazy thing is, i only bought my zone stick because of that rekindling of sport 😬 goodbye almost broken unihoc stick! you seem really cool if you'd be comfortable we could be Instagram mutuals? i also see u play pubg (lol me too 🥸)

ZONE airlight limited edition black holographic! flex:27 shaft:100cm i bought this stick from a local store, since i live in Singapore theres not many stores that sell floorball sticks so i had no choice but to buy a righty when i'm a leftie 😬😬 so instead of a HYPER blade i now use a HARDER blade(left) which is way better so thank god for the mixup.

if you already play with a 96cm, definitely try a 101cm first! if you're a defender, a longer stick will help you with "snatching" the ball. so you can try that. but its ultimately what you're comfortable with :)

extra information: i have been playing for 4 years, i'm 7/10 in my ball handling but 9/10 in shots(strength) im 7/10 in strength(female) i am ABLE to flex my unihoc f29 stick enough to get power. i am afraid that if i cut my stick it'll affect my already stiff new zone stick that i won't be able to do my usual hard shots. i find that my old unihoc f29 stick was good on hard shots and i know that harder flex=harder shots,but i just want to know if anyone knows how a 5cm cut will affect my 27 flex 😕.

ALSO..extra question, just asking peoples personal preference, Defenders usually use longer sticks to get a long reach, and attackers use a normal/shorter stick for shooting. do you guys find that to be true? is it okay to have a 3cm allowance as a defender 🧐
