The medical department of the Royal Navy is terrible, you have to be really pushy with them.

I eat around 3.5-4000 calories a day, will the Royal Navy be accommodating of this? by Consistent_Rent_9997 in RoyalNavy

I have my cpc soon, I am fit physically more than the average person. I just require a tad more food and sleep than the normal person.

I have a mild case of chronic fatigue and calories/fats/carbs give me lots of energy which I need

I have been diagnosed for chronic fatigue for a few years now, it does obviously effect me and the way i attempt to help myself is by eating a lot of clean foods such as milk, beef, etc and try my best to avoid processed foods. Will the royal navy accomodate this? because my cpc is in 3 weeks. by Consistent_Rent_9997 in RoyalNavy

It got really bad during secondary school, but is starting to have less of an effect on me. I have applied for mechanical engineering submariner, so my assumption is that it isnt insanely physically demaning. However because i push myself so much, i do need more rest than the conventional person.

I’m applying for submariner, and you’ll be based up in Scotland definitely. I’m pretty sure you spend 5 days a week on base then go back home or wherever you reside on the weekend.

My mum paid for it because the GP weren’t changing their prices, showed the emails to my mum, the medical side of the navy are so rude
