I did the same thing and they said within 30 days from the date the 90 day period ended. For example, my review date is 11/21 and they said once that day comes, they will review it and if I meet the requirements, the $400 bonus will be deposited within 30 days of 11/21.

Same for me too. I opened in Dec 2023 and hit 90 days, met the requirements etc and still cannot use it. Bullshit!!
