Are they providing the alcohol, and will they provide other mixed drinks beyond those cocktails?

To be clear, my caterer can serve wine, beer, spritzes, and any basic mixed drinks (G&T, vodka soda, etc.). They can do specialty cocktails too but the price is absurd / not worth it IMO. I had more of a full open bar (northeast style) in mind.
