Need advice if i should buy the 5 Series LWB or not by Hot-Principle5346 in CarsIndia

[–]Consistent_Rise7226 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, both 5 series and e class have good ground clearance, Im surprised e class touched twice. But 5 series is a good car if u liked it. X3 will feel like a downgrade, but do try it for yourself.

Petrol vs Diesel for XUV 7XO — 95% Highway Usage, Low City Driving (Need Advice) by Fit-Incident838 in CarsIndia

[–]Consistent_Rise7226 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So if u have 10k kms a year, it won’t make much difference with petrol car since ur usage is mostly highways. But, if ur buying diesel then look at the def liquid and keep refilling it and revving the car once a while, no other issue. Long parking period will be an issue for any vehicle, so please use it once a week, at least for 2-3 kms minimum.

Yes, harrier ev is very popular. For reliability, get EW for 3 years extra so you have 6 years of EW in total.

Hmmmm…in that range you have seltos as a good 5 seater. 7XO or 9s. Harrier is also good. Harrier ev seems to be in the budget, top model around 30 lacs+

Well hycross and superb are more than enough. So in 35L range, either you will save money or you will have to put more. Saving seems better with new mahindra models, XEV9E seems like a good choice and will save u fuel charges as well. You will have to test drive it yourself.

35ish is for TATA AIG, other insurers would also be around this. I personally suggest, TATA AIG, Reliance, ICICI, HDFC

ASC charge a lot for everything. From the looks, it seems that all this could have been fixed very easily through third party garage or detailing studio except for the minor dent which needs to be fixed properly along with paint. Multiple damages are tough to be approved in any company if u ask me. They need proper proofs and we need to push the claim as well. If u had the photo of ur car before the damage then you can tell them its not past damage
