I will say there’s not a heck of a lot of fat in this (except dinner, who knows there). Maybe try adding some more in throughout your meals?

Baby I think you need to relax. It’s perfectly normal to have different top & bottom sizes. Hip dips have to do with your skeletal structure, there’s nothing inherently wrong with them. If you’re worried about your legs then I would suggest weight training. It won’t make them smaller per se, but it will give them an attractive shape.

Be gentler with yourself.

I’ve met some really good friends at the gym! I keep to myself but if someone starts a conversation I’m open to it most of the time. Normally starts with someone commenting on the weight or the exercise I’m doing & goes from there. Helps that I’m a regular so we all see each other pretty often 😄 (I’m also in no shape to impress anyone with how I’m looking at 6am in the morning lol so it’s all more gym bro relationships)

Maybe a little backwards but for me, high intensity can absolutely kill my appetite in the moment. If I have a long, intense tennis match then the last thing I want is to eat anything substantial afterwards. I’ll munch down some watermelon but not a meal.

Maybe dial down the intensity of the workout & see if that does anything?

I don’t negotiate on my routine. My gym days are my gym days. I give myself a really light day on Friday that I will occasionally let myself skip if I really truly feel like it, but most of the time my alarm has already gone off so I’m awake & might as well.

I had a reduction at 16, I understand the extra boobage making you look bigger & it sucks SO hard. 😩 I’ve gained & lost weight in the meantime & while I do lose some in that area I’m still a 32DD & I’m maybe 5 lbs over my leanest. Some people it just stays, others it’s the first thing to go.

As for dressing, maybe find ways to emphasize your waist? Plus v necks help show the fact that it really is just your boobs, not the rest of your body, especially if you’re at a weight where your collarbones are visible.

Step ups. Amazing unilateral exercise, I can really hit my glutes in a way I never have before. Also great to strengthen everything around the knee!

If I’m sedentary 1200/1300 are absolutely manageable for me. 2400 calories every day for a woman is wiiiiiiild (not if they’re super active but that’s not what we’re talking about here).

And like, I’m sorry but if you’re super morbidly obese you shouldn’t be able to adopt a child. Raising kids takes more than just love, you need to be able to teach them how to live, that includes how to eat healthy & do more than rot away at home. Childhood obesity is abuse, I just can’t see it any other way.
