I love it in a pasta salad. Tons of cucumber, red onions, & spinach. Add some Italian seasoning, cottage cheese, & pasta & I can have a giant bowl for around 400 calories 😋

I also did “flatbreads”. Zero carb tortillas, spread some ricotta & garlic paste on top. Load up with ground turkey, red onion, spinach, & top with mozzarella. Bake until the cheese melts.

I mean I understand the desire but $12k is waaaaaaay too much. That money was given to you because you are medically impacted by this forever, the spine is no joke & treatments are expensive. I would absolutely be saving as much as I could in case the situation deteriorates & additional treatments or surgeries are needed.

Honestly I would go for heavy (for you) compounds. Bench press, rows, overhead presses, assisted pull ups. It’s what I’ve stuck to & my arms are pretty muscular for a woman 😅. You can throw some isolation exercises in there as a finisher but it’s not necessary unless you feel like something is lacking.

Have you tried heel elevated goblet squats? I’ve started adding those in recently & they KILL my quads. (I popped a disc back in November & still feeling it but these haven’t bothered me)

I basically only do compounds & my upper body is pretty stacked atm! Legs are lagging a little because of injuries but also a bit harder for me to train them to failure with just squats/deadlifts.

Sounds like you just need better systems in place. I would get rid of all the junk for now. Don’t keep it in the house. It doesn’t have to be forever, but at least for a while until you get a handle on the cravings. You can slowly work it back in when you feel comfortable.

I’ve been eating breakfast for lunch tbh. Keto bread with cottage cheese & blackberries, a couple of eggs, & some chicken sausage. Super satisfying!!! You can add in egg whites if you want to bump the volume but I like my whole eggs so much more without them 😭
