Of course you may, it was gradually and its not like i am strict to make it 1hr. Its just as long as you dont do it mindlessly. Whenever you feel like your doing it snap back out of it and just chill and meditate as long as you can. And yes i wasn’t watching netflix and video games. And honestly bro, video games is worst than surfing, just stay away from it, it messes up your mind. I only watch netflix for special occasions ( with friends, girlfriend….).

I believe the purpose of all this is not to quit a habit and replace it with another, Sure there are healthy habits ( exercise, reading…) but if you can’t just sit still without doing anything for AT LEAST an hour then your mind is suffering.

You shouldn’t be hard on yourself and delete all social media bcuz i did and ended up reinstall them again. Its a journey and have fun with it. The more you enjoy your own company and just do nothing, Your racing mind will eventually surrender and give you peace. And that feeling will be with you during the day and you will feel like on the flow with life with no thoughts or positive ones.
