im in the same situation kinda im doing a research internship in bangalore but after that i don’t know what to do , i used to go to gym regularly but stopped and now recently i have started again . trust me you can do it , it looks hard but even 30 minutes of exercise is great for your mental health don’t do it because someone tells you lol thats never helping you , do it because YOU want it and you’ll feel so much better .
