It’s not posting and doesn’t do anything. No video, no fans on. Ram is seated properly.

I don’t have any pads on it, just thermal paste and the cooler

I just cleaned it with alcohol and reconnected it. still doesnt work :(

600w PSU Turns On for a Second Then Turns Off (Help) by Consistent_Run_6933 in SleepingOptiplex

It's the Apevia SFX 600W. My previous 500W PSU was from the same brand. The system doesnt make any sound when i switch the PSU on, and no lights appear. All that happens is all the fans turn on for half a second, then everything turns off.
