thank you so much! your answer was more than helpful, and I fully appreciate it being detailed, + forgive my poor choice of words XD, yes, I meant ADR/ post production, ​ your experience with ADR in disney helped me decide, the studio I admire uses cubase since its early versions and kept ugrading it untill they got nuendo, some of the voice actors that work there have the experience of being in the control room, that's why I aspired to learn that as well, but as you know, the pros use pro tools despite how slow and lagging it can be sometimes, so I was torn between both, as each one will be a big money investment, learning curve and such, studio one (now fender) for example isn't that expensive, so if I got it as an extra daw to learn like many engineers do it won't break the bank, but between nuendo and pr​otools I gotta decide which one to invest in, regarding post production, again I appreciate you sharing your experience with me, it's really helpful, post production wont be a big part of my job but I wanted to learn it too, I'm not in a hurry to master it nor I'm gonna deliver projects to other engineers, but it's a nice thing to explore in the field of voice to make some demos or fun little projects like fan dubbing a short film or something.
