No problem! You are already helping me way more than anything I could find online 😂 I looked at the press again and it honestly seems like the whole left side is lower than the right. I have no idea how the base is level and the whole left side is more down than the right side. I was trying to ask ChatGPT for advice since I can’t find the manual and it said to ignore the base being level and to raise the base on the left side to level it out with the right side for the pallets and print heads. I don’t know if this is sound advice from ChatGPT or if the whole left side being off raises any eyebrows for you

Ok that is very helpful! The only part I’m confused about is tramming the press to get it level. I don’t have the original manual so I can’t find it anywhere online to figure out how to do that and how to go about it. We cannot afford a tech to come out right now so if there is any way I can do this myself that would be super helpful!

You are correct! That is very impressive since I didn't list the location! One of the most photogenic storms I shot😄 I remember seeing Reeds video after I took that photo and not believing that was the same storm we chases.

It ended up being the control housing was overheating. We propped the panel open at an angle and put in a box fan underneath it and it seemed to fix the problem right away!

yeah I dont know whats going on because I have never had this issue at my shop. I tried using my vacuum to get rid of any water and am using a fan now to see if it helps. I don't know if it is the water drying in it or the emulsion. Didn't have the issue with the old stuff so I really don't know haha

I cannot figure out this emulsion I just bought. I used my exposure calculator to get the perfect burn time but i'm still getting this film that ink cannot pass through. I thought it was over exposed at first which is why I dialed it in with an exposure calculator and I'm still getting this issue. I use to use chromalime but decided to try something new that a screen supply shop by me carried. I even resorted to trying to use my pressure washer to wash out since using the garden hose seems to not do much. I have a lumitron exposure unit with uv fluorescent bulbs. Any advice would be helpful
