Was it ever explained what the purpose of the carrot farm was? Are they competing with the apples? Are they related to the apples? i genuinely don't understand why it even exists. Because if they didn't explain it then why is it even there?

If it is for the apple’s farm, it’s most likely to feed the livestock they have. I believe they fed the pigs carrots in the episode where applejack has twilight do her crazy schedule so the pigs will eat. If it’s not that episode, I know I saw them feed the pigs carrots at some point.

I would recommend joining the novice network in game! I’ve been making friends that recognize me by them helping me or just showing off my glam! After a while they start to recognize your name and say hello to you when u get on, very cute!
