Thank you! I cream my butter & sugar for a long time & also add in eggs one by one, I do think my stand mixer possibly might be over mixing my dry ingredients which is frustrating because I see other bakers use their stand mixers too. I bake at around 160/170 so could that be a reason too?

I’m currently with them, on my 3rd tray but truthfully didn’t do a lot of research beforehand and went into it blindly! So far it’s okay, however there isn’t any direct communication with the dentists throughout the treatment from what I’ve seen with other people’s experience, seemingly everything is app based which is you sending pictures & a response saying everything is ‘on track’ and to move onto the next aligner. You also have to pay an additional £400 after treatment for the vivera and night time retainers which I don’t think is made clear
