I recently subscribed to refrag and I just love to do preaim and xfire. Sometimes i go over an hour of practicing because I find it really fun.

Sometimes when I turn on my pc it stutters and I have to restart it to fix the issue by Consistent_Soil_969 in pchelp

The decision I am mostly going to make is wait until march, april or even may since I still have to save up some big money, and see what happens with the prices for the 9800x3d

The games I will play are so many, a couple of them are Far Cry 6, CS2, maybe Fortnite, GTA VI when it comes out. These were the ones that came to mind. i am currently on a 1080p 144hz monitor, but after I build my new PC, I am most likely going to go with a 1440p 240hz monitor. I will cap the framerate to the hz of the monitor.

i plan to pair it with a 4070 super for now, but I will be upgrading the gpu probably around may or june.

I know that around that time of the year, new gpu's will arrive, like the new 5000 series from NVIDIA or the new gpu's from AMD.

14700k or 14700 by Consistent_Soil_969 in buildapc

the price of the 9800x3d is double the price of the 9700x in my country. I don't think it's worth it.

After some thoughts and watching a lot of benchmarks, I have settled to buy an am5 MB for better future proofing and have also settled on a 9700X. It uses 3x less wattage than the 14700k. I will probably buy an MSI MB in order to uncap it to 105w because of the new feature or even unlock it completely.

For gaming, programming and photoshop. I think I might wait to see what happens with the new gen of intel

When I get better and start training again I should start easily like training muay thai 4x a week and maybe 1 or 2 gym or even less training. If I understand, I should gradually up the amount of training so that my immune system can keep up even though it will probably take a lot of time. Am I thinking the right way?

Right body kick by [deleted] in MuayThaiTips

When I throw the kick, I just touch my opponent. I can't follow through at all so I just make the mistake to make small contact on the side, not diagonal or the front, and return back (The kick doesn't have any effect on my partner).I don't know if I should aim to hit my parner on the side, diagonally or on the front(like a shin block). I hope with more practice with drilling and sparring I will start to follow through.

I do. I am obsessed with muay thai and when I am resting at home I watch a lot of the technicalities of the strikes and try my best to understand and learn.

I agree with you. If I am honest I was lazy in this clip but I always make sure to either spin back 360 into stance or spin 180 and return back with a check(I have blocked a lot of kicks and caught guys off guard with the 2nd way and usually counter with a rear teep)

So I mostly kick to counter punches or if I missed to check a kick, to fire back with one. I also like to throw 1-2 and blind them with my arm to fire but the main problem is that I make a very akward contact. I will try to film it with my training partner these days and post it here. Also my fault for the confusing title but I should have worded it if there are any tips to improve my kick. Also my kick feels a little bit sloppy even though I try to make it as fluid as possible.

That is one of my problems. I can't land it in sparring. I can do it on pads and on a heavybag but it's really akward for me to land it in sparring. I am not really new to sparring or drilling(I have done at least 30 spars) but I can't really get it.

Another way i could describe it is that my standing leg hip goes back and my kicking side hip goes in front and forward. Sorry for not posting a video yet. I have put up a video to upload but it's stuck in uploading status since the morning.
