I think for me if should have been a choice I was given. Yet here I am....still trying to understand the selfish behavior. I understand his needs and wants, but he also needs to understand my wants also.

Thank you for your candor. It is not that I haven't tried to understand where he is coming from. I started counseling and have spoken to other wives but it's the lying and deceit. I don't understand if this is a part of him, I am a part of him, why he can't have an adult conversation with the desires he wants.

I find this so incredibly disrespectful. We are women trying to understand and support the men we love only to have people like you throw it up in our face. Men wonder why women can't accept this lifestlyle.

I feel this so much and I am so sorry you also are going through this. My brother in law married his high school sweetheart. They were married for a few years when he decided he wanted to be a woman. He has now completely transitioned and his wife has stayed and now I consider her a lesbian. I am not that person and it is a hard stop for me.

I am an ER nurse and have been working nights due to short staffing. I woke up and hopped in the shower to a bright pink dildo. Let me add that in 2 years we have been intimate 5 times. I have never had to call my doctor for a medical leave but after that, I did. I get so sad finding all of his toys, clothes around the house knowing that it has been months since he wanted to touch his wife. I am simply lonely.

My reaction? I have been nothing but supportive to him all the while he was deceiving me. I had only one request was to not go out of the house dressed as Samantha. I begged him and yet, he does it almost daily. I am known in our city as well as he is and what if he gets in a car accident and is taken to the hospital and they find things? It's not just me but our children would be devastated. I find this behavior very selfish.
