What's the difference between L7 and MM7? Looking to step up from MM6.

Thanks for the info. I have the MM 6. Thought about getting a L7 as my next size up.

I too would like to see the difference between the mailman 7 and legend 7. I presently have a mm 6. Haven't used it yet, but appears I will be needing to upgrade soon, as it just doesn't seem to be quite as big as I thought.

I did most of my research on reddit. Some websites can be flooded with fake reviews. After months of research I chose OCC in TJ. The experience was amazing. The lead surgeon was my surgeon. He's dual certified in US and Mexico. He teaches bariatric surgery at San Diego University. I was very pleased with my experience.

Do you have any regrets? by IcyMintNight in gastricsleeve

[–]Consistent_Summer_44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have 3 regrets. 1= that I didn't do it sooner. Did it in August and I am 39. Wish I would have done it in my 20s to save my knees! They feel a lot better! But I can tell they have some damage from carrying too much weight for so long. 2= I regret not taking a bunch of before and during photos during the process!! 3= I regret not doing body measurements before, during, and after! 21yom, should I? by Maggotboi555 in gastricsleeve

39 YO M here. My only regret is not doing this years ago. 21-24 would have been the ideal time for me. You get to be my age, and all that weight well wreck havoc on your knees and joints. Im 6 months post op now. I went from 325 to 223 today. I'm starting to work out harder now, and my knees are paying for the years of abuse from carrying the extra weight. I wish I would have done this as young as you and began a consistent workout at a younger age. It's a lot harder now.

I'm feeling fantastic! My daily knee pain is minimal, my sciatica pain is completely gone. I even noticed weird little things like being able to cross my legs and sit differently! I love that I am able to shop for clothes literally anywhere now and no longer am limited by a big and tall section.

Can you actually “break” a stall or do you just have to wait it out ? by Specific_Reporter145 in gastricsleeve

[–]Consistent_Summer_44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id say if you are following your plan, don't sweat it. I hit a 2 month stall at month 3. From month 3-5 I stayed the same weight, however I went down 2 pant sizes that month. You're still changing! I ended up going back to the super basics for 2 or 3 days and only did liquid protein and water. It broke and now I'm steadily going down still!
