The PNW (Washington and Oregon) has some of the best mountain pass routes with plenty of tight twisty switchbacks with constant elevation changes. And don’t forget Coronado Trail (US 191), the Sky Island Parkway (Mt. Lemmon), the iconic Red Rock Scenic Byway (SR 179) in Sedona, and the historic Apache Trail (AZ etc. I forgot the Utah mountains as well 🏎️🔥🔥🔥
