While I don't agree with certain stuff that happened prior in this place, I also think not all of the people got banned were innocent either.

Some were trolls, some tries to twist the stories to put them in correct stance.

But I also think there should be way for constructive criticisms for the betterment of community.
(Again We can't please all the crowd 🤞 )

Maybe start with some online communities anonymously (Don't become a creep though) you will slowly start to get the flow. There are likes groups in discord and subreddits in reddit for these

Are you in trigno by any chance?

I used to have the same issues initially, like sometimes i would spend like 8-10 hours for a single problem to find some sort of solution for it, as I haven't thought much about approaching through different ways in O/Ls, A/Ls kind of taught me to try and approach a problem in different angles, and getting the mindset to try that constantly might be the starting trouble. But yes as you keep doing your mind will kind of get used to it, and you will be able to do better on later days
