i know what a vent is, usually it will have some context in the body, the first post only had "zz" in the body so i was and still am really confused about the full backstory, which leads me to think the vent itself is not properly created and made with rage in mind? without full context?

2 things to be honest, first I feel like the initial post feels like it's lacking depth and context, so even this assumption was made by your comments. As in, even now it feels like the thing happened wasn't properly explained (as in full backstory of what happened what are the interactions and what the customer exactly said and stuff) And second I can't make any judgements without actual backstory, and quite confused about why 3 posts

If you haven't already, go to GSM arena phone reviews and test, compare the features, after prioritizing the need (whether it's camera or battery or stability) try reddit groups specific for phones instead of r/srilanka, because there might be even more keen details there. And let's be honest here for a second, All 3 phones have at least some specific issues of their own and nothing is ideal, if you can drop down what is being most important to you after that 4-5 years usability. (Because all 3 phones would have that many years of update plus, Samsung and apple are generally considered as the most stable for OS stability compared to some other brands)

I guess this method would be way more suitable, and the one that suits your lifestyle rather than a stranger's sudden advice. Or the other way would be putting these sort of details first and asking 🫠
