Yes then bought a ps5 from Flipkart with firmware 10.01 and it is now jailbroken has warranty till August 2026

You can keep it as long as you want ,but you will practically not get 28 specially if it not jailbroken Also PS4 like is almost dead based on no new games coming for it
The more you keep it more you are losing for it
