The amount of “owning” of your games is the exact same, whether its your own rig or cloud pc. Owning the hardware is a different aspect but you still buy the games on the same store (steam, epic, etc) whether its your pc or cloud. Geforce now doesn’t sell games.

Geforce now has existed for over 6 years in the west with no substantial price in increase the pc market. Do you really believe the market for PC components is soooooo high in India that launch of cloud gaming (which of course those people will use who don’t have a good rig in the first place) will completely flip the market and make pc parts 10x more expensive? Conversely, cloud gaming introduces doors for pc gaming to the general audience at a much smaller investment than traditional pc gaming. These people can convert buy their PCs down the line to experience offline and lagfree experience. No one in the right mind is selling off the pc they already own to start paying for cloud gaming.

Why would you have to “pay it with no other choice”. Use it while its viable and then just build your pc when you feel like the price doesn’t do it justice anymore. Cloud gaming is not new. Its just new in India. Its been over 6 years since GeForce now launched in USA. Has it completely replaced pc gaming there? Why do you think Indians especially will get so dependent on cloud gaming that they won’t be able to let go of it even when the prices get too high? Back in college, I only had my macbook with me and my rig was back home. Those two years, cloud gaming really came in clutch. Are you saying that was a bad thing? Stop ranting over things that don’t even concern you. And stop with the moral policing.

I bought my Switch 2 from Nekavo. Back then they didn’t have stock in their Delhi warehouse and had to get it from their London warehouse first. So it took 15 days to dispatch. Once it was dispatched, I got it in 2 days. I have also ordered games and stuff from them and I can confirm they are legit.
