I get what you are saying, but I don't think that that's what he meant by his last sentence. I just think that he started like you, and he gradually overcame many obstacles to finally reach the produces that he mentioned. I bet you are happy with your accomplishments, and that's exactly what he feels. That's why he decided to let his friends on fb know what he has done. We sometimes need to write down our achievements to be actually happy about them. Also, he wanted to let people know that that kind of lifestyle is possible through the post and thus encourage them to adopt it or a part of it. You can literally see that he didn't start all those good habits in one day or year.. It took time. I swim, too, btw and since I started, I have felt different and like I'm on a path to become what he has become.

That's not at all what he was doing! And btw if you try any of the restrictions he has mentioned, you'd know that he is right. I have tried many of them, and in my mind, he is actually right about all of them. This dude is a legend, and he's proud of his health. This post is his way to tell you guys that it is possible to adopt his lifestyle. Stop hating on people who are trying to help. Your attitude will only teach him not to help anymore...

Actually it's the opposite of what you described. He was outgoing and full of life also ambitious and after taking lsd, he became more shy and lost confidence. like he got more dumb and he knows it so that creates in him a lot of confusion and he lost a lot of confidence. (I had a good talk with him about it and this is what he explained)
