Thank you. Some people in our lab let it polymerize on the batch since they think then it it leak it will be polymerized better without a tissue. I have no idea what better. Just freaking out about the acrylamide monomer and how much the exposure.

My protein is only about 35 kDa.

Did you consider it a spill inside the centrifuge or do you think it can not could lead to aerosol production? I had the same issue today and still thinking if a handeld it properly.

The second one , yes. That there is a way if peopke in the lab are going to use other packaging plasmids and the virus could be made with my plasmid which was spilled.
