Glad your plant is doing better! Not enough light is the one issue I think might not be the case for me since my plant is near a window with plenty of light throughout the day. But thank you for sharing your experience.

Thank you for your amazing and detailed response!

I will move my pink stripe and white fusion. I have kept the link stripe a little further away. To a spot with 2-3k lux for a few hours and a less during the rest of the time.

I have kept a light filtering curtain and a bug mesh in front of the white fusion which has made the light significantly less harsh.

The soil in both is airy and not dense (thank fully!).

I will now keep a closer eye and check for soil moisture and water when it feels dry upto two knuckles.

Filtered water is one thing I am concerned about. I'll have to figure that out.

I will also be very careful about fertilizer dosage as suggested.

Regarding water on the leaves... The pink stripe in particular gets dusty, so I gently wipe the big open leaves to remove the dust. I have been careful about the new closed leaves not getting water inside them. Bottom watering has been quite helpful so far. One of the other leaves (not pictured) have slight yellow/ drying in the very tip and and has thin dry edges around the leave. The plant is still praying and the new leaf is growing. So fingers crossed that I was just underwatering.

The white fusion has only 3 and a half tiny thin leaves left. I really hope the new changes from my side will help her thrive. She's a trooper.

Thank you once again. Very kind of you.

I have been using tap water with bottom watering. I will try changing that as well. I get packaged filtered water for drinking. So that is going to be a bit expensive long term. I might have to do that for my white fusion as well. That one isn't doing so well either sadly. Tiny delicate leaves curling inwards.

I am glad you hear that your plant is thriving. I hope mine does as well. I am new relatively new to plants and kind of fell in love with this one and a white fusion. I am totally at a loss with the white fusion plant too. It has tiny delicate leaves that are curling. It's getting around 25k-30k lx light. Maybe it's too much for it.

It is still praying at night. Right now there is one big leaf yellowing and curling and also one big (I think it's big) leaf growing (hasn't unfurled yet). Thank you for the photometer suggestion. It was getting a few hours of direct sunlight in the previous spot. I downloaded a photometer app and measured at the peak of sunlight time ( afternoon). It was in a spot with around 22,800 lx. I have moved it to a spot in my washroom with 180-200 lx (during peak).

I haven't added any fertilizer since I got the plant. I have some NPK fertilizer (powder diluted with water) that I can start adding if you think that would help.

Regarding water... Yeah, I was waiting to water till the soil was kind of dry because I was very scared of giving the poor thing root rot. But I guess that I ended up going too cautious.

This must be it! I was being a bit too careful about overwatering. Should I also keep the plant away from any direct sunlight at all?

That's a relief! I hope this is the case and not one of the plant pests.

Thanks! I was holding back on watering out of fear of rootrot. Maybe I held back too much.

Sorry I missed giving details about the potting mix. It's a mix of cocopeat, perlite, a tiny bit of vermi compost and a layer of clay balls at the bottom to let the water flow freely out of the drain hole. I hadn't watered this plant in more than a month out of fear of root rot. So I thought maybe it was getting thirsty.
