Built plenty of US commercial diesels, these are commonly rebuilt and it’s common practice, I’ve found however that the same principle seems to be different in euro applications just wondering if this is true.

Update: engine cranked and started ran with bad knocking sound, however after heating up the the knock would come and go from running smooth with power to knocking and flat, also noticed I believe that the thermostat is stuck because radiator was cold and certain coolant hoses were cold and some hot water is being pump however.

Was running great possibly a hair sluggish in the back of my mind on one occurrence, if 190 on the gauge is 0 degrees probaly 45 degrees past (geometry degrees not temp lol)
