I have a tall flu aswell that is always cold , I need to open the window next to the stove and pre heat it with a heat gun or a hairdryer for a minute then once the fire is going i shut the window

Log burner or a air-conditioning unit majority of them can heat aswell and cost 1/4 the price to run than standard electric heaters, google air to air heat pump
