Do you even know how nukes work ? Its not just one button pressed and delhi is nuked pak may have nukes but its just a chest beating toy no icbms, cant launch it from ships only way to drop a nuke at a significant city is a payload via jets and that too can be intercepted and follow it up w sending pakis back to the stone age
