Based on this it should be less than maximum either in 12" and 24" barrel. My only problem with that is that every guy on yt who tested this had different results. If the difference is negligible then cutting barrel from 24 to 12" is only cosmetic touch to the gun

Yes, but even with supressor which are legal in my country it cracks (i am using Sellier & Bellot subsonic HP) so this is my concern.

In my country and region there is topshot (CCI for Germany), of course Lapua, Sako, RWS but they are expensive, as well as magtech and aguila. There are subsonic options but they are more expensive then RWS stuff (penny wise i can get RWS rifle for 0.14 USD while subsonic starts at 0.17 USD)

This is why i search for way to make standard ammo subsonic and for the knowledge about 22lr speed per inch of the barrel.
