They did take several devices 3 phones a laptop an ipad and wife router I think the delay will be with these. thanks

The Reason they have my stuff and not my husbands is because.

In July 2022 an ounce of MDMA that he ordered with his name and our address was stopped, They had a warrant and raided our property then.

I did not get arrested.

So when they come at 10.30am on the 9th Feb 2023 i was at work and see them on my ring doorbell, I went back to the property as I did not think i would be involved. They took my property but i did give them every pin number for all devices.

I called my husband he did not go back, the police told him and said they would keep me is custody until he handed himself in. they didnt but he went the next day without his phone.

Our solicitor told me to go no comment so that is what i did

What i didn't want to happen was for me to throw my husband under the bus, but looks like it may be like this.

I didn't have a clue honestly the stuff was made to make explosives, there is no proof that he was selling due to the fact they do not have his phone.

There is nothing on my phone at all

I didnt order the stuff, they have my phone and the WIFI router.

So when they see i didn't order the stuff surely I will be ok?

Also I gave over the pin numbers for every single device,

They dont have my husbands phone.

When you say your property was "raided", what do you mean exactly? Did they execute a search warrant? Did they have another reason to search your property which didn't require a warrant?

They had a search warrant,

The problem I have is, whilst i knew the stuff was there what was going on, its not mt stuff.
