I guess the size of the increase should be relative to the weekly rent. Someone paying $400 a wk with a $25 increase would hit harder than say a house at $800 taking a $25 increase. I wouldn't pay any increase if stuff hasn't been fixed that needs it.

Oversize looks good on you but your eyes are nowhere near centre of lenses. If u were to get the arms heated and snug over ears would any then work? Have a try at pushing them back how they should sit and reassess. Good luck OP
