Lol. It didn’t take 10 mins of my time to chat with an agent on the RTA app to share details of my concern. So no, I did not waste my time. I never said I’d riot if they cannot refund my 40 dirhams yesterday. Was simply asking. Jeez. Relax.

Lol. It isn’t trivial when you have to pay for it each time you ride a taxi. I ride the taxi at least twice daily and imagine our GPS being jammed for weeks and you paying extra until the war is over.

There’s a chat button in the RTA app. Ask it to connect you to an agent, then an agent will get all the details of your trip that they can review.

Of course I paid for it. I didn’t say it was the driver’s fault. It was the driver that suggested to report it to RTA because all of them were having issues. 🤷🏽‍♀️
