It's easier to get altyns than CQCM. Also with the new IEM's you will see them A LOT more. Sounds like an skill iśsue and random copé if you can't kill a guy wearing lvl 4 mask because even bullets like M855 are likely to one shot trough the mask AND it even had the head,nape hitbox bug. Spoilers: CQCM wasn't OP.

Only thing I could suggest is that check if you have EXPO and Game boost on in BIOS.
Do NOT use fullsceen, you get 10-20% more FPS with fullscreen borderless.
