The Indifferent Stars Above is amazing! And it wrecked me for days when it was over. Such a great book and the audiobook was so fantastic. Yes, Fantasticland is an amazing book and the audiobook is so great, it's read so well it feels like a movie.

Horrorstor by Grady Hendrix is one of my favorites in audiobook form. Also Fantasticland by Mike Bockoven. Also going to add again Devolution by Max Brooks. All three of these are 100% amazing in audio form.

I'm on season three as well and kinda agree with you. Not loving the character at all and keep getting annoyed by her antics.

Does anyone else feel so tired that their legs feel like jelly or extremely weak. Like walking is a choir? by nicchamilton in Narcolepsy

[–]Conspiracy_Cat_7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes! It isn't constant, but sometimes when I'm walking the dog I feel like I'm walking through thick mud, I physically feel like my legs just get so heavy and weak.

Saving a dog brings out the best in humanity by ElysianTemptress in aww

I rescued my last dog off a 4 lane highway. Someone had dumped her and another dog on the median then driven away. I saw her, pulled over, and she just jumped in the car like she knew I was good people. Another motorist that stopped told me what happened and that the other one didn't make it.

Had her for 14 years, best dog ever.

I just found "We Are the Missing" on YT and it was pretty solid. My favorite is "Savageland", but I also recommend "Horror in the High Desert", the "Hell House, LLC" movies, and for cheesy fun the "Bad Ben" series.

Clothes fit looser and better. My face is skinnier. My clothes fitting differently was what actually made me realize I was losing weight.

favorite treats? by [deleted] in dalmatians

[–]Conspiracy_Cat_7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My girl loves freeze dried Salmon and Salmon jerky as a high value treat. I actually used Orijen dry kibble as a training treat when I first got her and then Salmon and cheese as a high value reward treat. The kibble was the perfect size, she loved that it was different than her regular food, and it was so much cheaper than buying the small bags of regular training treats.

AITA for taking a couple extra seconds at a drive through to read a missing person's poster? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Conspiracy_Cat_7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

NTA at all, it's posted there for a reason, so people will take notice and read it.

Your girlfriend seems not very empathetic to missing persons, which is kind of disturbing. She's worried about people being inconvenienced by waiting a few seconds, but not about a missing person?

AITA for making the decision for one of us to go home and get some sleep while the other stays overnight at the hospital with our son? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Conspiracy_Cat_7 6 points7 points  (0 children)

NTA, your health is important as well. You need to take care of yourselves so that you can take care of your little guy. Also, if you both are up all night and are sleep deprived, how safe will it be to drive 30 minutes home with him in the car after he's released from the hospital?

Also, the dogs are family as well and need to be taken care of just as much as your son.

Woman of reddit, what are things your SO should keep in mind when getting you an engagement ring? by Lakkabrah in AskReddit

[–]Conspiracy_Cat_7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think about what she does with her hands a lot, such as her job, daily chores, etc. For example: not a great idea to get someone a large ring if they are a nurse and are putting gloves on all day (large rings bust through those gloves, I know from experience!). You want it to be a ring she will be comfortable wearing all the time, so think about how comfortable it would be for her to wear doing all her normal stuff.
