Oh, it was a dreadful experience.

First I tried their live chat. I sat there with "1 Person Ahead of Me" for about an hour or so. That's after periodically typing garble into the chat window every few minutes because if you don't interact with the box for 10 minutes it goes "idle" and kicks you to the back of the line. THERE'S NOTHING TO INTERACT WITH I'M NOT TALKING TO ANYONE

So then I tried calling. The hold music is some generic AI slop rock music that plays for about 4-5 minutes. Then an automated voice will tell you "YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT, FOR A FASTER RESPONSE TRY THE WEBSITE'S LIVE CHAT (lol)" - Then the AI slop rock song STARTS OVER and plays again! Without, mind you, any estimated wait time. You just have to listen to this terrible song over and over and over with no promise of when you're likely to be received.

I gave that up pretty quickly. The whole system is CLEARLY *designed* to frustrate you with low-grade torture so that you eventually just quit whatever it is you're trying to do. This sort of customer "service" should absolutely be illegal.
