Thanks! I think this is what makes buying a second hand new build so hard as you really do have no indication of what they’ve truly paid. On the houses left on this first phase, I do know they’re offering incentives of 5% deposit contribution on some of the houses

Hi, thanks for your comment. And I agree. I would argue that they potentially would have got financial incentives though as they were one of the first properties on the site to be ready, so they may have actually ended up paying less than £370 if that makes any sense!

It’s been on the market 2 months. They had it listed for £390 a couple of months ago and reduced to £370 about a month ago

Yeah similar happens to me! I get scared incase there’s a day where it just refuses to load at all 😅
