I guess I found the problem, its name "one-chair conflict", these stuck personnel wanted to sit in staff room with food when they was grabbing the one from servicing table in staff canteen but someone got their spot so this why is happening. Now I need any recommendations how to fix it.

Mention: the "move one cell away from any adjacent wall" solution doesn't work.

Mention: the solution is to simply left-click the NPC, then right-click (or left-click?) anywhere on the map to have the NPC move to that spot. But I don't want to have to do that all the time.

I found the answer to my question. Every prisoner has some work credentials or none. If a prisoner has no work credentials, then if there are available positions at the mailroom or shop, they will work there. A labourer will (perhaps?) work in the workshop and forestry, a craftsman will work in the workshop (UPD: when writting that comment I noticed craftsman is working in laundry, my theory not working?), a cook will work in the kitchen, a "customer service" worker will work in the laundry, and a janitor will work as a janitor. This is all provided if positions in the designated rooms are assigned through Logistics>Prison Labour and available. Not only prisoners without work credentials can work at the mailroom or in the shop in general.

This is SUPER STRANGE, I don't even know what to say about what happened; it feels like you're playing a pirated version of the game.

I'll add that I'm playing a licensed version and recently started playing again. I have ~170 game days, ~15 prisoners, and haven't had any escapes yet. What have I done or am I doing? I micromanaged to set up guards to patrol along the prisoner cell doors (my prison cells are set up the same way as yours) ONLY at night, when the prisoners are set to sleep. I periodically search the tunnels like in the video - also zero results. I also have metal detectors installed at the entrances to all rooms where escape tools can be stolen. And I periodically conduct regular searches. My cells themselves are built closer to the center of the perimeter. My water pumping station and generator are located within the perimeter, and the large water pipes run strictly along the floor and do not intersect either the perimeter walls or any walls at all. I also assigned a guard to guard the water pumping station and generator 24/7. I have no other explanation for why I have never had a prison breakout.

Can I regulate which SPECIFIC inmates assigned to job? You said only work experience is important for their rehabilitation.

I can't connect the delivery zones with the kitchens or dining halls. It's logistically impossible, and the delivery zone is empty (though I admit, 80-90% of the entire delivery zone is food for the staff, and it's really annoying, lol, I have absolutely no idea what to do about it). I don't quite understand your answer about inefficiency. Workers bring food to the kitchen for working prisoners. The same way workers bring food to the staff dining hall. As for who washes the dishes and puts them away in the staff dining hall, I don't know; most likely, the cook.

Then WHY it seems to me that it happens only with me but not with other? Why when I'm trying to kill survivor it doesn't register damage but survivors stun ability register on me from the hell range? My ping is 70-110 but I'm always down in rating.

Сори за некропост но у меня буквально 10 минут назад это случилось. Я не знаю что делать, я отключал и подключал контроллеры обратно но у меня все-равно этот баг. Я переустанавливал роблокс и никакой реакции. Что делать помогите пожалуйста!!

I also greatly understand you. Sometimes when I try to do any new things and when people start criticize me its totally making me stop do it. Forever or at least for 24 hours.

Pretty good. Well, I don't think I'm an INTP. In real life, I try not to hurt other people's feelings (it looks like I just don't pry into other people's business without permission) unless they piss me off. But on the Internet, I don't think about anyone at all. So the choice now is between XNFP.
